The Captain
Wade is a USCG Master 100Ton licensed captain with many years of experience throughout the Puget Sound waters on a variety of vessels. Wade has been operating and piloting boats since his early teens and spent the last 30+ years enjoying the water in a wide variety of vessels. When not operating boats, Wade spent nearly 20 years building, supporting, and racing high performance vehicles throughout the US and Europe.
The First Mate
Jalel is the First Mate on Jade Panama’, and fulfills many hats including Chief Stew and Bosun. Jalel is Panamanian born and has a natural inclination for the water. Jalel is master at coordinating and helping bring our guests the best experience possible while out on the water. Jalel will manage a crew of 1-2 additional stews depending on the size of your group to ensure all your guests have an amazing time.
